1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing a plan or continuing to use InvoiceFlow, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use InvoiceFlow for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
2. The service and your licence
InvoiceFlow provides tools for creating, managing, exporting and tracking invoices, customers and recurring billing, including an optional AI-assisted drafting feature. Subject to these terms and your selected plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service for your own business purposes.
You are responsible for your account credentials, all activity under your account and keeping your information accurate and current.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use InvoiceFlow unlawfully or to commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape the service, bypass technical or plan limits, reverse engineer the service, resell access, impersonate others, or disrupt other users.
You must not use the AI feature to create illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hateful or abusive content, malware, instructions intended to defeat safeguards, or content that violates another person’s rights. We may filter or refuse outputs, remove or restrict content, and suspend accounts to protect users, rights holders and the service.
4. Your content and AI output
You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for your inputs.
You are responsible for your prompts, invoice content and use of AI output. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable, may resemble content generated for others, and must be reviewed before use. It is not legal, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice.
To report alleged infringement, send a notice through the support contact shown in InvoiceFlow or on your purchase receipt, identifying the protected work, the disputed content and your contact details. We may remove content and suspend or terminate repeat infringers.
5. Our intellectual property
Thomas Jerman retains all rights in InvoiceFlow, including its software, design, documentation, branding and related intellectual property. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
6. Paid plans and Paddle
Paid features, prices and billing periods are shown before checkout. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using InvoiceFlow at any time and manage a paid subscription through Paddle. When access ends, service functionality may stop and content may be deleted after a reasonable export period, subject to legal retention duties.
8. Service availability and warranties
We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvoiceFlow is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thomas Jerman will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees you paid for InvoiceFlow during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
10. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify Thomas Jerman against third-party claims arising from your content, unlawful use of InvoiceFlow or material violation of these terms.
11. General terms
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a reorganisation, merger, acquisition or sale. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Thomas Jerman is established, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may resolve disputes.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the revised version here. Material changes will apply prospectively with reasonable notice where required. Questions may be submitted through the support contact shown in InvoiceFlow or on your Paddle purchase receipt.
